Runner-up prize winner Hiske Tas Bain from Australia weaves her narrative in acrylic, an artwork titled ‘Gem.’

The Merit Prize goes to Noelle Hampton of the USA for her satirical oil painting ‘Speak No Evil,’ while 25 deserving artists receive the Talent Prize for their artistic discovery of cultural, social, sentimental, and impressive portraits.
