Independent luxury vacation rental manager records 70% year-over-year listing growth while improving guest ratings

PETERSBURG, FL, UNITED STATES, August 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Home Team Luxury Rentals, an independently owned luxury vacation rental management company and part of Rise Collective, has been ranked the No. 4 fastest-growing vacation rental management company in the United States in AirDNA’s 2026 Best Property Managers rankings.

AirDNA reported that Home Team grew its active vacation rental listings by 70% from 2025 to 2026. Importantly, growth alone did not determine the ranking. AirDNA’s Fastest Growing category required property managers to have more than 100 active listings in both years and to improve their guest rating while growing.

The requirement is significant because AirDNA’s analysis found that maintaining high guest ratings becomes increasingly difficult as vacation rental portfolios expand. While 55.9% of single-listing U.S. hosts maintain a guest rating of 4.9 or better, that percentage falls to just 0.6% among operators with more than 500 listings.

AirDNA ranked Bach Bros Properties first in the Fastest Growing category, followed by Stonybrook Cabins, Compass Vacation Properties, Home Team and Host And Home. All five companies achieved substantial portfolio growth while also improving guest ratings.

AirDNA lists the company as Home Team Vacation Rentals, its former name. The company now operates as Home Team Luxury Rentals, reflecting its exclusive focus on luxury vacation homes.

Home Team remains independently owned while managing a growing portfolio across vacation markets throughout the United States. Its luxury-only strategy adds another dimension to scaling the business, as individual homes, destinations and guest expectations can vary considerably across markets.

AirDNA states that companies cannot apply or pay to appear in its Best Property Managers rankings. The rankings are determined through AirDNA’s analysis of professional property managers using vacation rental marketplace data.
